"Tunji was recommended to us by a mutual acquaintance when we were seeking an agent to assist us in finding a new home early in 2019 when we moved to Houston, although we had visited Houston several times in the past, we had little knowledge of the neighbourhoods and property market in Houston. We provided him our specifications and he went straight to work. After several weeks of hunting and viewing several properties, we decided to rent a place for a year while we got to know the city better. A few weeks before our lease expired in 2020 and soon after the pandemic hit the US, we again got in touch with him and the real hunt began. Tunji worked tirelessly and safely through sunshine and rain showing us a variety of properties, from new builds to resales and while the houses we saw all met our definable specifications, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, garden, media room etc, we were initially, not dissatisfied with what we had been shown (although we made some earnest money deposits) and had to extend our lease! Tunji called us practically every day showing us properties almost every week and most importantly, listening to us as and developing an intimate understanding of that "thing" which we were seeking in our new home, but which wasn't quite a definable specification. Eventually, he called one day and said "I am sure you will like this one", we drove to Katy and as soon as my wife walked in the door, she said "this house is fantastic". A few weeks later we moved into our new home. More than the number of houses we were shown and the expert advice Tunji gave us on how to assess lenders, traffic, resale value, service providers, property appreciation, property taxes, flood prone neighbourhoods and so on, he really listened to us and so developed a keen understanding of what we wanted, that "intangible", and he found it for us. He was knowledgeable, patient, persistent, professional and he was determined (did I say patient?) to find us what would make us truly happy and we most certainly are!". 5 stars!!
